Positions at the Westpac Life Saver are advertised internally and through local and national papers and on this website. A selection panel of Service representatives and at least one independent person conduct interviews to make recommendations to the Chief Executive Officer. The panel composition varies for each position and the Service representatives range from Board members to staff.

OFFICE MANAGER

The Westpac Life Saver Rescue Helicopters (Southern Region) seeks an energetic self-starter to join our team as our Office Manager at our La Perouse base on the northern headland of Botany Bay.

This role oversees and ensures the coordination and management of the administrative requirements of the Service’s office.   This incorporates administrative duties, assistance with book keeping, data entry, phone enquiries, taking bookings for the commercial training division, providing directions, and taking and processing payments and donations.  The Office Manager is our first point of contact for most people and a strong focus on personal presentation and customer service is required as is a solid understanding of the Microsoft Office suite of programs.   The position is available for an immediate start.
